Hoteliers from the top meetings destination in the U.S. were among the first to discover a new way to support group clients while mitigating attrition, as RoomRite, Inc. unveiled its revolutionary online resale marketplace at the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association's 2023 HEAT Trade Show.

"Orlando is not only the premier destination for the meetings industry, it's also where our company calls home," said Michael Weiss, CEO of RoomRite, Inc. "So to debut our proprietary software to so many influential hoteliers was extra special because we also got to do it in our own backyard."

The CFHLA HEAT Trade Show connects hundreds of Orlando-area lodging professionals with a variety of vendors. The 21st annual event was held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla. on August 29th and featured a festive Comic Universe theme.

RoomRite is a patent-pending online resale marketplace for group accommodations. Hoteliers can avoid the headaches of group attrition by reselling excess inventory from contracted room blocks to vetted planners on the RoomRite marketplace. This not only allows hoteliers to help existing clients meet their obligation, but it simultaneously helps bring a new group to their property who may purchase additional hotel services.
