RoomRite's platform helps hotels maximize revenue from unsold inventory by connecting them with B2B partners through proprietary software, who can resell the discounted rooms to their customers. This innovative solution addresses the $20+ billion problem of attrition inventory worldwide and shifts the perspective on moving unsold inventory through a new marketplace.

Advisory Board:

Jennifer A. Englert, Esq. is the managing partner and founder of The Orlando Law Group, which she grew from her living room to four offices with thirty employees over the past 25 years. Known for her caring heart and drive to make a difference, Jennifer has represented businesses of all sizes and individuals in federal and state courts while serving as a Founding Shareholder and Advisory Board member for various companies and teaching in the Blackstone Entrepreneurship program at UCF.

 Kim Lochridge, Executive Vice President at Engineered Tax Services, is a renowned tax expert with extensive experience in real estate and energy efficiency incentives. She serves Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices nationwide. Her expertise in tax codes and real-world business management, coupled with her role on the Tax Committee for the Real Estate Roundtable, positions her as a leading authority in specialty tax services and a frequent speaker in tax, investment, and private wealth spaces.

 Sean Cohen, an experienced creative director with extensive experience in the hospitality software industry, currently leads a diverse team at Cardamom Group, crafting impactful messaging and brand strategies. His impressive track record includes key roles in multiple private equity acquisitions and the successful launch of industry-leading SaaS companies, demonstrating his expertise in branding, positioning, and driving growth in the hospitality technology sector.

 Kevin Patel is a seasoned hospitality executive, currently with Scarlett Hotel Group, with extensive experience guiding hotels and management groups in adopting innovative technologies and optimizing revenue management strategies. His deep-rooted connection to the industry, stemming from his family's boutique hotel businesses in Tanzania, complements his academic credentials, including an MBA from EDHEC Business School (France) and a Master’s Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University.

 Will Darrah is the Chief Commercial Officer at FreshAir Sensor, bringing his extensive expertise in hospitality technology to pioneer air quality monitoring solutions for various industries. With over a decade of experience at TravelClick, Will played a pivotal role in hotel distribution, led multi-million-dollar investments, and was instrumental in the company's successful acquisitions. He ultimately oversaw the North America Sales and Specialist Organization for the TravelClick portfolio under Amadeus.
